What are the hours?

Our current public operating hours are:

Sunday Closed

Senior Mornings, Community Nights, and Teen Nights are open-play sessions. Open play is $10 per person, or $5 with an active membership.

Open play is shared play and does not include a private court reservation. Some hours are designated for specific groups, so check the schedule before you visit.

Hours may be limited or the facility may be closed for Easter Weekend, Thanksgiving, Christmas Week, New Year’s Day, church-wide events and camps, severe weather emergencies, conferences, and other special circumstances.

How can I play or book a space?

Court and space reservations can be made online through our booking system. Choose your space, date, and an available time.

You can also join one of our designated open-play sessions without reserving a private court. Open play is $10 per person, or $5 with an active membership.

What can I book?

You can reserve pickleball courts, the basketball court, indoor soccer field, and event rooms.

Senior Mornings, Community Nights, and Teen Nights are shared open-play sessions rather than private court reservations.

For birthday parties, corporate events, community gatherings, or larger events, visit our Event Rentals section.

Do I need a membership to book?

No. Membership is not required to reserve a court or space.

Members can book up to 30 days in advance and receive included court reservations with no additional reservation fees, subject to membership limits.

Memberships allow 1 reservation per day, up to 2 hours per day, and up to 4 reservations per week.

During designated open-play sessions, members receive the discounted $5 open-play rate.

Can I just walk in?

Yes, during designated open-play sessions. Open play is $10 per person, or $5 with an active membership.

Senior Mornings, Community Nights, and Teen Nights are shared open-play sessions and do not include a private court reservation.

Outside of scheduled open play, walk-in court availability is not guaranteed. Reservations take priority.

How far in advance can I book?

Standard reservations can be made up to 5 days in advance.

Members can reserve up to 30 days in advance, subject to their membership limits.

What is the refund policy?

Court reservations, open play, and memberships are non-refundable. We recommend reviewing your selection carefully before completing checkout.

What do I do when I arrive?

Enter through the designated Event Center entrance and follow the building access instructions.

Once inside, check in at the kiosk or front desk before using any court or activity space.

If you have a reservation, please wait in the designated seating area until your reservation begins.

Facility & Play

What are the rules?

Show good sportsmanship, respect staff, volunteers, and other guests, use equipment responsibly, and keep language and conduct family-friendly.

Follow staff instructions, respect reservation times, and clean up before leaving. Fighting, threats, harassment, abusive conduct, and deliberately dangerous play are not permitted.

Do I need to sign a waiver?

Yes. A current OCC waiver must be on file before using any court or activity space.

Can kids play?

Yes. The Sports & Events Center is designed for individuals and families.

Parents and guardians are responsible for children not participating in a supervised OCC program. Some activities, equipment, or open-play periods may have age restrictions.

What should I wear?

Athletic footwear and appropriate attire are required in activity areas.

For indoor soccer, approved footwear is required and metal cleats are not permitted.

Are lockers available?

Lockers are not currently listed as a facility amenity. Please keep personal belongings with you and avoid leaving valuables unattended.

Do you provide equipment?

Equipment availability varies by activity and reservation. If you need specific equipment, please confirm availability with the Sports & Events Center before your visit.

Can I bring food and drinks?

Food is not permitted on the courts. Drinks must be in closed, non-glass containers.

Food, gum, and glass are not permitted on the indoor soccer turf. Food and drinks should stay in designated areas.

Can I host a birthday party or private event?

Yes. We offer options for birthday parties, corporate events, nonprofit and community gatherings, and larger full-facility events.

Event rentals are reviewed based on availability and event details. Submit a request and our team will help coordinate the right option.

What is the cancellation policy for event rentals?

Event rentals require a 50% non-refundable deposit, with the remaining balance due 10 days before the event.

Event cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations within 24 hours may result in the full charge.

What is the vision of the Sports & Events Center?

The Sports & Events Center exists to create a safe, welcoming, faith-centered environment where individuals and families can build relationships, improve wellness, enjoy recreation, and experience authentic community.
